Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes

  • 1 cup frozen mixed red fruits (berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup milk of your choice

  • Toppings
  • 3-4 strawberries

  • ¼ cup blackberries

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • ¼ cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Directions

  • In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen dragon fruit cubes, frozen mixed red fruits, banana, and milk. 
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding more milk. If it is too runny, then add some ice cubes.
  • Start washing peeling and slicing your toppings. Peel and slice the kiwi, remove the crown of the strawberry, and slice, peel, and slice the banana.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and start layering your toppings.
  • Enjoy your nutrient-packed smoothie bowl.
